Aivon’s Cryo Business Continues as Nord Cryo

Dear Customer,

After seeing continuous growth in Aivon Oy’s cryo business over the past years we have decided to split Aivon Oy into two companies. We have now founded a new company Nord Cryo Inc. whom Aivon Oy has sold and transferred its laboratory and cryostat equipment and accessories business.

Nord Cryo is committed to continue to serve the old and new Aivon customers without interruptions. The personnel of Aivon will continue at Nord Cryo. All open and future quotes and purchase orders will be transferred as such to Nord Cryo on June 1st, 2026. All Aivon quotes will be valid also after June 1st unless their validity period has expired. In our quotes and invoices, there will be changes in the email addresses, company names and bank accounts.

We apologize for any inconvenience this new arrangement may have and want to ensure that Nord Cryo’s goal is to improve and expand our product portfolio to the benefit of all our customers.
