Breakout Boxes
Breakout boxes are used at room temperature to break out signals from one 24-pin Fischer connector to several BNC or SMA connectors in order for the user to easily connect the signals to several locations in the room temperature measurement setup. Filtered breakout have RC filter in each line between the connectors. In some models the lines can be grounded to protect the sensitive parts at cryogenic temperature. We can customize the enclosure, connectors, grounding schemes and filters upon request. The breakout boxes are connected to the cryostat using Fischer cables.

BoBoX1
BoBoX1 is a 24-channel breakout box with differential selectable filtering between BNC and Fischer connectors.

BoBoX2
BoBoX2 is a 24-channel breakout box with insulating BNC connectors. The BNCs can be individually grounded or connected to adjacent channel. The BNC shields can be selectively grounded.

BoBoX3 with no filtering
BoBoX3 is a BNC breakout box with non-isolated BNCs and individual rotary grounding switch (make-before-break) per channel. On the internal printed circuit boards, there are fixed sites for RC filters. In this model R=0 and C=open.

BoBoX3 with filtering
BoBoX3 is a BNC breakout box with non-isolated BNCs and individual rotary grounding switch (make-before-break) per channel. On the internal printed circuit boards, there are fixed sites for RC filters that are assembled by customer-selected components. Alternatively, customer can assemble the sites afterwards.

BoBoX1A
BoBoX1A is a breakout box with insulated BNCs where the shield can be floating or grounded. Selectable RC filtering between BNC and Fischer connector. Selectable grounding of Fischer side.

BoBoX-24
1U high BNC breakout box with simple grounding switches. Ask for other switching schemes or connectors (insulated/non-insulated).
